08.45-09.00pm : Question / discussion time.
If you have never meditated by using Dhammakaya meditation method before, you are recommended to come on Tuesday at 06.30pm. We will give you a brief orientation about our session and guide you to meditate before attending your first session.
White or cream color, polite and loose-fitting clothes are recommended as it helps to increase meditation’s atmosphere.
